who is Wanda?

Hey, my name is Wanda Wesolowski and I am a 31-year-old singer/songwriter from north Alabama. I love to play music with my friends, cook, rearrange furniture, make silly internet videos, and spread as much positivity as I can muster up the courage to find within myself. 

I started The Wanda Band with my friends Andrew Sharpe and Nick Recio in 2019 with only one goal: to play a show. 
Here we are 7 years later. We've played SO many shows, including festivals like Bonnaroo, Shoals Fest, Kentuck, and Panoply. We've made two albums and have a 3rd on the way. We've gotten signed to legendary Shoals label Single Lock Records. We've garnered more recognition that I ever thought was possible and it's kind of insane how far we've taken this little project. 

I am beyond grateful not only for my band, but for my community in Huntsville, AL. They've supported me since the beginning of my career when I was just busking at 14 with my ukulele and I wouldn't be here without them. If you take anything from this little story, I hope it's that community is important, friendship is everything, and music can change your life. Thanks for being here and remember...
